Although there is no set minimum, a good thumb rule is 500-1000 medium size boxes make up a minimum order. But we take smaller quantity also, at a slightly higher price. Because we are a manufacturer, not a distributor. There is no standard size in corrugated boxes. Every order has to be designed according to the customer’s product specification, number of product to be packed, some need honey comb partition or separators etc.

ECT, or edge crush test, is performed to predict the vertical strength of corrugated board. The test determines the resistance to compression of the flutes in pounds per square inch.

Yes. Any punching design can be done on corrugated box, like hand hole, vent hole, thumb cutting etc.. A separate die has to be made which will cost the customer one time.
We prefer a separate set of plates for each box size, especially if the printing varies. Where possible we will optimize their use.
There is a standard method to give a good stacking strength. It depends upon your product type, product weight. The use of high performance kraft will result in increased stacking strength.
As we said earlier, there is no standard size in corrugated boxes; all orders should be processed right from corrugation to finished size. If the Quantity is less, the cost will be marginally little higher.
